Healthy Hydration Mini Challenge

Water is essential to almost every function in your body. According to the Mayo Clinic, even mild dehydration can leave you feeling drained and tired. Join the MC Community for this mini challenge as we work together to set aside soda, energy drinks, and other sweetened beverages for 5 days starting Sep. 12th. Plus, enter to win one of multiple gift cards worth up to $100 {raffle closed}. Read below to learn how you can enter!
How the challenge works:
Step 1 
Choose a water bottle for the week of  September 12 - 16, 2022.

Step 2
Determine your goal. Decide how many bottles of water you’ll aim to drink each day of the challenge. Hydration needs vary based on age, activity levels, temperatures, etc. so choose a goal that fits your needs.

Step 3
Print and cut out the chart below to tape onto your water bottle. Keep your water bottle with you as much as possible during the challenge and as your job allows. Check off those water bottles to track progress!
