If you’ve watched this video, "What is a habit?", then you know how focusing on small habits can be a great way to start improving your wellbeing. 
Interested in taking a small step towards a better you? —then the only question is, what do you want to focus on? There are endless ways you could start. One way to narrow down what habit you’d like to build is by considering what area of your life needs the most attention right now. How would you rate your emotional, physical, or even financial wellbeing today? 

If you find that you would rate yourself a little low in one or two areas of your life, that is okay! It doesn’t mean that it will stay that way forever. You’ve only just recognized an opportunity for improvement. 

To provide some additional inspiration as you decide on a habit, we compiled a few ideas for you. Check out the list below of simple habits you could consider adding to your routine.

  • Take a walk every day. Commit to a certain time or distance 
  • Do one squat or one push-up each morning 
  • Start a family walk night 
  • Stand up and stretch or run in-place during commercial breaks 
  • Always stand while you talk on the phone 
  • Take the stairs at every opportunity
